Job Summary
Experienced Scientist in Emerging Technologies contributing to laboratory studies, data analysis, and technical evaluation to support process analytical technologies, integrated quality approaches, and real-time release strategies in the biotherapeutic drug product platform. Plan and run DoE-based studies, analyze data, and collaborate across Manufacturing Science and Technology, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and external partners to move promising technologies toward GMP application and practical implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- Experience in GMP environments
- Experience with experimental design, data analysis, spectroscopy, analytical techniques, process monitoring, process analytics, or manufacturing science
- Ability to plan, run, and interpret experimental studies and translate results into clear recommendations
- Experience working across teams in a matrix environment
- Fluency in English; programming experience with MATLAB or Python preferred
