MSAT Data Expert (Synthetic Molecules)

Design, implement, and maintain CMC data standards, taxonomies, and ontologies for the Synthetic Molecules modality. Translate global CMC data strategy into practical implementation, including SOPs and business rules. Develop and maintain metadata models, ensure data quality and integrity, and act as a subject matter expert supporting governance and integration across systems and sites. Provide CMC data expertise to analytics and modeling initiatives while supporting GxP compliance and inspections. Collaborate with MSAT teams to enable proper data capture and usage, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. This role supports Takeda's mission to drive innovation in medicine through leading CMC data management.
