MSA Contract Management Support Specialist

Job Summary
Manage and execute MSA orders for preventive and corrective maintenance events, validating contractual scope through ITO/OTR handover workflows and ensuring part scope completeness in relevant systems. Drive contract amendments for scope and price changes, supporting negotiations with customers and analyzing financial impacts. Monitor order status, manage document creation, and track shipments to maintain Key Performance Indicators for on-time delivery and reduce contractual backlogs. Work cross-functionally with Order Management, Commercial Operations, and Regional Services teams to ensure timely contract execution. Own MSA performance for assigned customers and regions while conducting customer meetings and reviews.
Required Qualifications
- College or university degree in Economics, Logistics or International Trade
- Knowledge of contract management and related terms and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Excel
- Advanced command of English
- Strong Customer and Service mindset
- Self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Self-starter, capable of working with limited supervision
- Pro-active behaviour
- Excellent communication skills, also in technical context and sometimes complex situations
- Ability to follow EHS rules and execute mandatory EHS trainings
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced command of 1 additional language (German or others)
