Job Summary
MS365 CRM Developer responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing modules and functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Key responsibilities include creating and optimizing entities, forms, business rules, and workflows; developing custom logic using JavaScript and .NET; integrating with internal and external systems via REST API and Azure services; and managing the software lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, solid programming skills, and familiarity with cloud solutions and DevOps practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Excellent knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and cloud solutions
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Analytical skills, problem solving, and result orientation
- Good knowledge of the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-300, MB-400)
- Experience in advanced CRM architectures and enterprise projects
- Knowledge of integration tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, Power BI
