Job Summary
Administer treatments and interpret telemetry, coordinate care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient recovery and safety in high-acuity med-surg, including stroke/TIA patients, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous bladder irrigation. Requires ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and a TN active RN license, as well as Epic charting experience and Omnicell proficiency. Traveler contract on a 3x12 night shift (6:45 PM–7:15 AM) with every-other weekend; float as needed. RN licensure in TN required.
Required Qualifications
- Required 1 years’ experience
- Required 1 year of Epic charting experience
- Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TN active RN license
- Required 1 years’ experience for travelers
- Required Float, as needed and per skill set
- Special Procedures Details: Stroke and Tia patients
- High acuity med-surg patients
- Peritoneal dialysis and continuous bladder irrigation
