Job Summary
Administer daily Business Intelligence solutions and provide second-tier production support for the data warehouse environment. Develop, troubleshoot, and fine-tune reports while evaluating best practices to enhance the BI/DW solution. Facilitate data integration efforts with the development team and manage physical and logical data models across development, staging, and source systems. Document processes and code while presenting complex technical topics to stakeholders. Requires MS SQL Server 19+, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and SharePoint/PerformancePoint Services. Minimum 8–10 years experience. Insurance industry or Oracle/PL/SQL background is a plus.

- MS SQL Server 19 and above
- SSIS
- SSRS
- SSAS
- SharePoint/PerformancePoint Services
- SharePoint Designer
- Visual Studio Business Intelligence Development Studio
- Supporting Legacy applications and data sources
- Knowledge and understanding of the software development life cycle
- Advanced knowledge and experience in relational databases, SQL
- Experience in database design and modelling for data warehouse and business intelligence applications, including relational database structures and normal forms
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills with complex technical subjects and tasks
- Ability to present and explain complex technical topics, problems, alternative solutions to others
- Documentation of the process and code
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years' experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Insurance industry or Oracle, PL/SQL, and other reporting solutions
