Job Summary
Conduct resort-style service for guests, recommending handcrafted margaritas, red wines, and tequila while knowing menu origins and ingredients. Create regulars through bilingual, detailed service that remains warm and effortless without being stuffy. Balance great service with efficiency, inspire teammates to seek help, and maintain proper sanitation and alcohol service regulations. Maintain current Food Handler's and TABC certifications, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Requires minimum two years serving experience in high-end casual or fine dining, with English fluency and Spanish as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years serving experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Stand for long periods
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
- Maintain a current TABC Certification
- Practice proper sanitation procedures
- Follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
