Job Summary
MS Power Platform Developer needed to maintain, optimize, and build Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards for a federal client. Responsibilities include designing, building, and deploying new Power Apps and Power BI dashboards that meet end-user requirements; managing Power Platform environments, connections, permissions, and data gateways; developing automation and workflow solutions to streamline client processes; implementing data governance, security, and compliance best practices; designing and deploying SharePoint solutions integrated with Power Apps and Power Automate; ensuring reliability, accessibility, and security of SharePoint-based applications; engaging with customers to translate requirements into technical solutions; providing user support, documentation, and training; collaborating with IT security teams to align solutions with information assurance and cybersecurity standards; monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and recommending continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret SCI security clearance
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online administration and development
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Strong understanding of data sources (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, Dataverse, APIs)
- Experience implementing role-based access control and data security within Power Platform
