Job Summary
Middle School Math Teacher needed to deliver standards-aligned instruction in ratios, proportional reasoning, expressions, equations, geometry, and probability. Responsibilities include data-driven assessment, differentiation, engaging hands-on activities, integration of technology, and fostering problem-solving and mathematical reasoning. Build strong relationships with students, implement SEL strategies, communicate with families, ensure student safety, and collaborate with grade-level teams, curriculum leaders, and support staff. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field and a valid teaching license or licensure eligibility in North Carolina; experience teaching middle school math is preferred.
