Job Summary
Join the team at Mexican Sugar as a host/hostess! This role requires delivering exceptional guest experiences by being attentive and responsive to their needs. Ideal candidates should possess at least one year of relevant customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, recognizing VIPs, and ensuring special occasions are celebrated. Supporting fellow team members by sharing skills and expertise is also vital.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of host/hostess or other relevant customer service experience
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
