MS Head Volleyball Coach

Job Summary
Coaches and develops the school’s volleyball program at the high school level, planning and executing practices, supervising games and team travel, and providing basic medical care when needed. Ensures compliance with district and WIAA rules, participates in coaches training, maintains equipment and inventory, and collaborates with staff, parents, alumni and administrators to align the athletic program with the head coach and athletic director’s vision. Requires clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with students, faculty and families in a collaborative environment. Start date 8/24/2026. Work environment may include moderate to high noise levels and exposure to blood borne pathogens. Start date August 24, 2026. No benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED certificate
- Prior coaching experience – preferred
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Possess a valid driver license
- Ability to communicate with staff and parents clearly and effectively
- Meet department and W.I.A.A coaching standards
