Job Summary
Direct all aspects of the girls soccer program at Castle Rock Middle School, including instruction, organization and strategy planning for the season (August to October). Responsibilities include managing the program, delegating tasks, maintaining program quality, ensuring compliance with coaching standards and district policies, and collaborating with the Athletic Director, Principal, Superintendent, and Board of Directors. Requires knowledge of the sport and coaching trends, ability to organize and work with others, and a willingness to dedicate the necessary time to develop and improve the program. Must possess a valid first aid/CPR card and comply with fingerprint clearance and district nondiscrimination policies. Required Qualifications
- valid first aid/CPR card
- willingness to work on WIAA coaching standards program for coaching certification
- willingness to work within coaches' handbook guidelines
- coaching experience preferred
