Job Summary
Lead a clear program vision promoting athlete development, safety, and respect while modeling ethical conduct and complying with all district, state, and organizational policies. Plan and run purposeful practices, prepare teams for competition, and foster a positive team culture that values effort, growth, and participation. Maintain a safe, inclusive environment that protects athlete well-being and communicate effectively to build positive relationships with athletes, families, and staff. Engage in ongoing professional growth to support long-term program success. The 2026-2027 school year requires a current coaching endorsement or authorization. Compensation follows the Extra Duty Salary Schedule.
