Job Summary
The Associate End User Compute Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist is an entry level subject matter expert responsible for learning to work with the TS Systems Integration team on configurations, installations, and break/fix events. Responsibilities include managing installation and problem incidents, providing support alongside senior engineers, and performing tasks related to End-User Compute technical implementation. Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, M365, O365, and Azure, with a strong inclination towards learning and client service.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant proficiency in following Microsoft technologies - Active Directory, M365, O365, Exchange, Exchange Online, SCCM, Intune, Teams, Azure, Windows Server (all), Windows Desktop (all)
- Basic understanding of technical design principles
- Ability to develop an understanding of fundamental project and administration processes
- Good verbal communication skills
- Client service orientation
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as - Microsoft Certified Professional
- Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-100, MS-101)
- Microsoft 365 Certified - Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100, MD-101)
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Training & Certification (AZ-900)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - Server 2016
