Job Summary
Responsible for cleaning and restocking dinnerware, utensils, and glassware, as well as assisting other restaurant staff members with cleaning and prepping tasks. Key responsibilities include washing and restocking dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, unloading and stocking deliveries, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out and rinsing garbage, supporting staff with food prep, and reporting kitchen safety violations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience is a plus but not needed
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Exceptional time management skills
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
- Must have all up-to-date certifications required
