Job Summary
As a Dishwasher at Mexican Sugar, you will be responsible for cleaning and restocking dinnerware, utensils, and glassware, while assisting other restaurant staff with cleaning and prepping tasks. Key responsibilities include ensuring the availability of clean dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, unloading and stocking deliveries, sweeping and mopping floors, and managing kitchen waste. Candidates should possess strong time management skills, be able to lift at least 50 lbs, and comply with food safety procedures.
Required Qualifications

- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
