Job Summary
Bartender needed for Mexican Sugar in Dallas, TX to craft cocktails with fresh ingredients and provide luxurious service. Must possess 2+ years of bartending experience, HS diploma, and English fluency; Spanish is a plus. Role requires staging showmanship with efficiency, knowledge of tequila, wine, and beer, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Certifications in Food Handler and TABC are required; E-Verify participation noted. Responsibilities include channeling sultry Mexican comfort, creating cocktails from fresh ingredients, and inspiring teammates to assist guests, all while maintaining superior guest service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years bartending experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus
- Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
