MRTW Production Quality Supervisor (central Italy)

Job Summary
Monitor quality criteria during product industrialization and lead inspections at manufacturing sites across Central Italy. Proactively address risks, validate deviations, and manage non-quality returns while driving action plans for Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. Support partners through repair operations and ensure compliance with PAP H standards and style integrity. Travel frequently to production workshops and headquarters in Pantin to monitor quality indicators and align suppliers with evolving requirements. This role serves as the local Italian reference for Production Quality teams within the MRTW Métiers, contributing to HSE compliance, CSR initiatives, and traceability efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Technical background
- Significant professional experience in quality control produced in the RTW
- Experience in problem-solving and PAP luxury quality requirements
- Strong ability and desire to share knowledge and support stakeholders in qualitative development
- Taste for the land and production workshops
- Excellent organizational skills with a clear sense of priorities
- Results-oriented mindset combined with strong methodological rigor
- High degree of autonomy and responsiveness
- Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, negotiate and drive convergence toward common goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent Italian
- French or English
