MRT Command Center Manager (Onsite)

Job Summary
Oversee the Mobile Repair Team command center operations, including budgeting, sales reporting, and coordinating with 3rd party vendors to expand MRT capabilities. Responsible for planning resource requirements, meeting customer requirements, and communicating updates on engine status, technical reports, cost estimates, invoices, and services. Lead digital transformation within the MRT, partner with field service managers and Sales Support to enhance customer experience, and ensure compliance with Airworthiness requirements and company policies. Manage training, performance coaching, and discipline; oversee tooling, qualification of staff for engine, airworthiness, and human factors; negotiate with customers, manage warranty claims and invoices, and contribute to strategy to improve KPI targets and overall customer satisfaction. Prefer leadership experience in MRT or Field Services, and an understanding of commercial aspects (Warranty, PPH, ESP); strong collaboration and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders; willingness to travel up to 15% and to work onsite in Bridgeport, WV.
Required Qualifications
- An Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
