Job Summary
Execute purchase orders for serial production parts, verify terms and delivery dates, and manage supplier interactions to adjust schedules for expediting or delays. Track production orders, monitor inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing stock, and process claims for damaged goods or rework. Coordinate inbound transportation with logistics and quality teams, escalate unresolved issues, and maintain current pricing and lead times in the system of record. Ensure compliance with RECARO policies and regulatory standards including AS9100 and ISO9100.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field
- 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in procurement or a related field
