Job Summary
Accurately date the product realization process for incoming sales requests and create cutsheets for department-specific orders. Validate material usage requirements, manage inventory to service sales expectations, and maintain production order folders and material master information. Rush expedites for production execution, update missing parts reports, and assist the scheduling team in allocating resources based on capacity constraints. Conduct timely communications with customer service to ensure accurate product realization information is available. Identify concerns and develop process improvement standards while working within SAP and MS Office to meet profitability and productivity objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively within SAP. (Must)
- Intermediate level experience in MS Office. (Must)
- 2+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication (English) and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical skills and computer skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Able to work in a team environment, understanding MRP processes and fulfilling objectives with minimum direct supervision
- Able to respond to internal requests for information in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
