MRO Program Coordinator / Inventory Controller

Job Summary

Oversee daily operations of an on-site MRO and critical spare parts program, managing inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations. Coordinate inbound and outbound material flow, shipping, and receiving while acting as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and service requests. Attend customer meetings to review KPIs and partner with procurement to resolve shortages and improve material availability. Lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures while supporting warehouse operations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leadership experience within warehouse, logistics, inventory, supply chain, or operations environments
  • Strong inventory control experience including cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy management
  • Experience managing material flow, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
  • Experience working with technical products, manufacturing components, MRO supplies, critical spares, or industrial equipment
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Proven experience managing inventory and warehouse operations
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, CMMS, or related inventory management systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience working directly with customers and managing escalations
  • Ability to analyze operational issues and implement solutions
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable working on-site in a hands-on operational role

Desired Qualifications

  • Forklift experience or certification
  • Experience supporting semiconductor, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life science, or engineering environments
  • Experience managing critical spare parts programs or MRO inventories
  • Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • Experience leading operational improvement projects and KPI-driven initiatives
