Job Summary
Manage maintenance planning, create aircraft maintenance work packages with tasks, labor estimates, and materials; coordinate scheduled/unplanned maintenance events; review AMM/IPC/SRM/engineering documents; track time, cycles, and maintenance intervals; create task cards and provide documentation for technicians; monitor progress, update systems, and report changes; coordinate with Maintenance Control, Materials, Engineering, and QA; ensure FAA regulatory alignment; provide daily updates on aircraft status and upcoming requirements; support continuous improvement in maintenance planning processes; requires 2–4+ years in MRO/Part 135 environments; proficiency with CAMP, Trax, Corridor; preferred business-jet experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience as an MRO Planner, Maintenance Planner, or Technical Records Specialist
- Experience in a Part 135, Part 145, or commercial MRO environment preferred
- Knowledge of maintenance documentation (AMM, IPC, SRM, task cards, service bulletins)
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance planning cycles and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with maintenance tracking systems (CAMP, Trax, Corridor, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple aircraft simultaneously
