Job Summary
Senior-level Business Process Architect with Oracle EBS expertise sought to assess current state and design future state for DoD MRO and Air Force operations. Role focuses on analyzing business processes and systems, shaping enterprise transformation, and ensuring seamless integration between legacy interfaces and Oracle EBS. Responsibilities include leading blueprinting sessions and Conference Room Pilots, participating in RICEFW development and testing, guiding Agile/Scrum teams, and delivering training to customers on Oracle EBS functionality. Requires extensive Oracle EBS experience in a DoD environment, DoD-related security clearance (Secret or Public Trust IT2), U.S. citizenship, and a Bachelor's degree. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills are essential to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- US citizenship; current DoD security clearance at Secret level or Public Trust at IT2 level eligible for Secret
- Bachelor's degree; equivalent years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 10+ years of related Oracle EBS experience
- Hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS modules (Supply Chain, Logistics, Financial, Procurement)
- Experience with Air Force business processes and operational workflows
- Experience with legacy interfaces for FMO systems and tools such as D035J/FIABS, SMAS
- Strong leadership in requirements definition, blueprinting, Conference Room Pilot sessions, and functional design reviews
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams at all levels
- Prior experience supporting a DoD ERP modernization program (preferred)
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) certification preferred
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Security clearance eligibility for Secret or higher
