Job Summary
Plan, schedule, and manage materials for production while monitoring inventory levels to initiate procurement or transfers as needed. Release work orders to the shop floor in collaboration with the production planner and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely part availability. Track backorders, expedite urgent materials, and resolve supply chain issues using ERP/MRP systems to manage material data and planning forecasts. This onsite role reports to the Supply Chain and Planning Manager at our Miramar, FL facility, supporting the company's growth as a leading global aerospace OEM.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience with materials planning including multi-level bills, MRP supply and demand, lead-time, and safety stock
- U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee)
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred ERP/MRP systems proficiency
- Aerospace industry experience
