MRO Coordinator

Job Summary
MRO Coordinator responsible for inventory control and material readiness, driving efficient material flow from receipt to point-of-use, and maintaining CMMS data in Eptura. Partners with maintenance, facilities, and procurement to optimize MRO processes, perform cycle counts, maintain item master data and reorder points, track MRO spend, and support preventive maintenance through PM work order management. Ensures data integrity across inventory movements, supports cost-control efforts by maintaining appropriate stock levels, and helps minimize downtime by ensuring availability of required parts and materials in alignment with PM schedules. Also handles asset documentation in CMMS and performs administrative tasks to support operations and facilities; position is onsite full-time in Franklin, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience with CMMS and ERP systems; experience with Eptura preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Self-directed with deadline-driven work
- Onsite full-time (LI-Onsite)
