Job Summary
The MRO Buyer position at AISIN is focused on providing support to the Materials & Machinery department, encompassing raw and indirect material purchase analysis, cost reduction activities, and supplier management. Responsibilities include coordinating purchasing activities, conducting detailed quotation analysis, and leading cost reduction efforts while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and demonstrated experience in purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in raw/indirect material purchasing for manufacturing processes
- Experience in manufacturing and technical environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated analytical & negotiation ability
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in automotive industry
- Experience in multi-cultural environment, preferably Japanese-based
- Fluency in English with additional language skills in Japanese, Chinese, German, and/or Spanish
