Job Summary
MRO Business Unit Manager / Director role based in Miramar, FL, leading MRO operations with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive profitable growth, manage budgets and forecasts, and build customer relationships in the aviation manufacturing sector. The position requires deep understanding of repair processes, P&L management, strategic planning (5-year to long-term), and strong executive communication. Onsite presence in Miramar, FL is expected, reporting to the General Manager and overseeing a team with responsibilities spanning finance, operations, procurement, quality, and business development within the aerospace OEM/MRO context.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a repair or manufacturing environment managing a team
- Candidate must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Proven ability to manage P&L budgets, forecasts and long-term growth strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication at executive level
- Knowledge of repair processes, estimating, procurement, and quality in the aviation industry
