Job Summary
Function OE Leader within the Vaccine mRNA team responsible for deploying the VRD Excellence Model, coaching and enabling operational teams to apply OE principles, and driving improvement initiatives. Key activities include diagnostics/gap analyses, selecting appropriate improvement methodologies, building and delivering OE training, sustaining improvements, cross-functional collaboration, knowledge capture, and building an autonomous OE culture with measurable impact. The role emphasizes capability development, governance, and stakeholder alignment across a matrix organization to elevate function performance and adoption of OE standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence
- Experience working in a matrix and cross-functional environment
- Workshop animation: leading interactive and structured workshops
- Project management: planning, risk mitigation, timeline tracking, stakeholder alignment
- Problem solving: root cause analysis and structured problem-resolution capabilities
- Desirable: Change management, training & coaching, data analysis, bridging digital innovation with operational excellence
