MRI Technologist – Weekend Days

Job Summary
MRI Technologist responsible for performing high-quality MRI examinations across all age groups (neonates to geriatrics) using 3T, mobile, and upright MRI scanners. Operate MRI equipment safely to obtain diagnostic-quality images, utilize protocols and resources, and educate patients to promote comfort. Maintain safety and infection-control standards, monitor patients during procedures, and ensure accurate documentation. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other team members to provide exceptional patient care and ensure equipment maintenance and quality control. Education requires graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology; ARRT (R) registration and ARMRIT certification (or within 1 year) plus SC licensure and BLS are required. Weekend Day schedule (Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) with shift differentials; sign-on bonus of $10,000 and relocation assistance up to $5,000 are offered. Equal Opportunity Employer.”,
Required Qualifications
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R)
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) or obtain within 1 year
- Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or Red Cross Healthcare Provider/CPR AED
