Job Summary
Conduct top-of-scope direct patient care in the MRI department at UCHealth Yampa Valley Med Center while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Maintain multidisciplinary team collaboration to achieve exceptional outcomes and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- Registered as a Technologist (RT)
- Registered in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
- Registry eligible with completing of registry within 12 months by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT Radiography) or by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
- State licensure if required by law
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
