Job Summary
Accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and operate GE 1.5T Signa and GE 3T Pioneer scanners to create diagnostic images. Maintain BLS certification and ARRT MRI registration while documenting cases within Meditech. Work 1800-0600 shifts with every-other weekend and holiday rotations, plus on-call duty Fri-Sun 8p-7a every 4-5 weekends. Required Qualifications
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- MRI advanced level certification
- State licensure
- 2 years' experience as an MRI Tech
- BLS certification
- ARRT MRI registered
- Minimum 1 year MRI experience
- Every other weekend required
- Holidays required in rotation with hospital employees
- On call: Fri-Sun 8p-7a every 4-5 weekends
