Job Summary
Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, and operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images. This role requires ARRT certification, MRI advanced level certification, state licensure, and two years of experience. Shift hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with on-call requirements and rotation to other campuses as needed. Weekend work is required every other weekend. Required Qualifications
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- MRI advanced level certification and state licensure
- 2 years' experience as an MRI Tech
- BLS certification
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) certification from ARRT or ARMRIT
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent
- Basic computer experience
- On-call
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend
- Float to other campuses as needed
