MRI Technologist – Travel Job

Job Summary
Accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and operate Siemens Aera MRI scanners to create diagnostic images across neuro, spine, tumor, cardiac, breast, abdominal, and whole body cases. Maintain IV starts and BLS certification while documenting in EPIC electronic medical records within an acute care hospital environment. Requires current ARRT MR credential, valid Wisconsin state licensure, and 2+ years of experience including trauma or Level III settings. No first-time travelers accepted; prior travel or hospital MRI experience mandatory. 40-hour day shift with unit orientation required.
Required Qualifications
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- MR credential
- State licensure valid for MRI technologists in WI
- 2+ years' experience as an MRI Technologist
- experience with neuro cases
- experience with spine cases
- experience with tumor workups
- experience with cord compression
- experience with cardiac imaging
- experience with breast imaging
- experience with enterography
- experience with abdominal imaging
- experience with whole body imaging
- experience with ortho cases
- experience with spectroscopy cases
- BLS certification
- IV starts
- EPIC electronic medical record experience
- Experience working in an acute care hospital environment

- Level 2 background screening
