Job Summary
MRI Technologist on a travel contract in Colorado Springs, working nights in the MRI department. Responsibilities include reviewing patient history, initiating MRI images based on physician orders, educating patients to ensure mutual understanding, safely administering contrast media or related imaging medications, and maintaining image quality and equipment functionality per established radiology best practices. Requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program and ARRT registration in MRI or registry eligibility with completion within 12 months, as well as ARRT (R) registration. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered as a Technologist (RT) and registered in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or registry eligible with completing of registry within 12 months by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT (Radiography)).
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) .
