MRI Technologist

Conduct MRI radiological exams and perform technical procedures requiring independent judgment to produce diagnostic imaging for provider diagnosis. Select proper technical factors, operate equipment, and provide immobilization devices while adhering to safety standards and sterile techniques. Process films, perform quality assurance tests, and facilitate image delivery to the file room and PACS system. Assist physicians with opaque media administration and maintain adequate records, order, and cleanliness. Rotate within the department and other shifts as required, while participating in research, in-service programs, and annual recertification training.
