Job Summary
The MRI Technologist operates the Magnetic Resonance operations at SimonMed Imaging centers, utilizing knowledge of MRI procedures and technology. Responsibilities include obtaining images for diagnosis and treatment, selecting imaging techniques, operating the magnetic resonance scanner, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to departmental policies. A minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced MRI environment is preferred, along with necessary certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Registration as a MR Technologist by the A.R.R.T. or ARMRIT
- CPR certification
Additional Requirements
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug and background screening
