Job Summary
Perform MRI imaging procedures on state-of-the-art mobile scanners while administering contrast agents under radiologist guidance. Review patient screening forms, explain procedures, and maintain patient care, comfort, safety, and confidentiality. Maintain technical competency through continuing education and produce quality special imaging with limited supervision. Interact professionally and ethically with diverse communities in local healthcare facilities. Schedule involves 1-3 days per week with rotating weekends. Required Qualifications
- ARRT (R) or ARMRIT registered
- Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check, urine drug screen and physical
- You will need to produce quality special imaging with limited supervision
- You must be able to interact in a responsible, professional and ethical manner
- Must maintain excellent patient care, comfort, safety and confidentiality
- Must maintain technical competency through continuing education
- Must be able to administer contrast agents (under the guidance and approval of the site Radiologist)
- Must review and complete patient screening forms
- Must properly explain the procedure to the patient
- Must work rotating weekends
- Must work 1-3 days per week
