Job Summary
Perform routine, specialized, and interventional MRI imaging while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive imaging services. Assist radiologists and nurses with sedation cases and conduct venipuncture when indicated. Maintain clear communication, build collaborative relationships, and actively seek ways to improve the patient experience. This role requires a Radiologic Technologist Program graduate with current BLS certification and either ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT licensure, along with one year of work experience. Methodist Richardson Medical Center is a Magnet-designated, Level III Trauma Center serving Dallas and Collin counties.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification - ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT
- Texas Department of State Health certification
- 1 year Work Experience
- ARRT (R) certification (with requirement to obtain ARRT (MR) license within 1 year of completing orientation)
