Job Summary
Perform routine, specialized, and interventional MRI imaging while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive imaging services including ultrasound, CT scans, PET scans, and nuclear medicine. Conduct venipuncture when indicated and assist radiologists and radiology nurses with sedation cases. Maintain clear communication, build collaborative relationships, and actively seek ways to improve the patient experience. This role requires an ARRT (MR) certified technologist with one year of experience or a radiologic technologist graduate who will obtain certification within a year of orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification - ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT
- Texas Department of State Health certification
- 1 year required Work Experience
- ARRT (R) certification (with requirement to obtain ARRT (MR) license within 1 year of completing orientation)
