Job Summary
Perform Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated MRI equipment to produce optimal images while accounting for individual patient special or age-related needs. Apply knowledge and judgment regarding imaging factors, technique, and patient treatment to ensure high-quality diagnostic results. Work part-time on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30am to 8pm at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR. Eligible external candidates may qualify for a $4,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License upon hire or Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist Temporary License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months of hire.
- National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists within 6 months of hire.
- New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.
