Job Summary
Perform Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders using sophisticated MRI equipment, adjusting imaging factors and techniques to produce optimal images while accounting for individual patient special or age-related needs. Utilize knowledge and judgment in regard to imaging factors and patient treatment to ensure high-quality diagnostic results. Work part-time variable shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30am to 8pm at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License upon hire
- Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist Temporary License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months of hire
- National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists within 6 months of hire
- OBMI temporary license (for new graduates)
- Permanent license within 6 months of hire (for new graduates)
