Job Summary
Perform Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated MRI equipment to produce optimal images while accounting for individual patient special or age-related needs. Apply judgment regarding imaging factors, technique, and patient treatment to ensure high-quality diagnostic results. Schedule Saturday and Sunday shifts from 9:30am to 8pm. Eligible external candidates may receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus. This role supports Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center's mission of whole-person care for vulnerable communities in the Pacific Northwest.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License upon hire
- Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist Temporary License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months of hire
- National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists within 6 months of hire
- OBMI temporary license (for new graduates)
- Permanent license within 6 months of hire (for new graduates)
