Job Summary
Perform technical MRI procedures using magnetic resonance imaging and ionizing radiation to detect pathology. Regulate equipment for magnetic and x-ray image production, then process and organize images in PACS. Apply knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy covering head, neck, body, MSK, spine, and MRI concepts. Maintain FL State Registered Radiologic Technician License, ARRT (R) & (MR) certification, and BCLS. Requires minimum one year of MRI experience with three years highly preferred. Schedule includes full-time weekend shifts from Friday through Sunday with on-call availability. Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiological Technology
- ARRT (R) & (MR)
- Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI concepts to include head, neck, body, MSK, spine and MRI imaging
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
- FL State Registered Radiologic Technician License
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of MRI experience
