Job Summary
Performs full range of MR imaging procedures on diverse patient types following established protocols; adheres to MR Safety policies; can perform venipuncture and contrast administration; maintains MR equipment and safety standards; supports measurement and workflow within RIS/ERS/EMR systems; collaborates with technicians and patient-facing staff to minimize delays and ensure accurate exams; provides basic information to patients about procedures; ensures proper exam correctness and laterality; requires certification in MR with ARRT/ARMRIT and BLS, and a Vocational/Technical Diploma; 1-2 years hospital experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational/Technical Diploma from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology
- ARMRIT or ARRT certification with advanced MR certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- 1-2 years’ hospital experience preferred
