Job Summary
Performs full range of MR imaging procedures on all patient types as specified by protocol; performs venipuncture and contrast media administration; adheres to MR safety policies; follows research guidelines for studies; provides information to patients/families about procedures; assists with upkeep of MR equipment; monitors equipment and logs malfunctions; coordinates with staff to ensure efficient workflow and minimize delays in outpatient radiology exams.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Certificate in radiologic technology or MRI from an accredited program
- ARMRIT - Registered Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist and/or ARRT (MRI) Certification - required within 1 year of hire date
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation/Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification Upon Hire
