Job Summary
Archives raw data, develops films in automatic processors, and ensures diagnostic quality and completeness. Ensures patients are free of interfering objects, transfers, positions, and instructs them regarding procedures to achieve desired radiographic results. Instructs professional staff and students on equipment operation and demonstrates technical aspects. Notifies personnel of equipment malfunctions and repairs, schedules examinations for optimal utilization, and operates control consoles for scans. Enters patient data and monitors acquisition during procedures. Full-time weekend schedule from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years related specialty experience (i.e., CT scan)
- ARRT Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Licensed by State of Maryland or (MR) ARDMS or ARRT - Magnetic Resonance ARRT (MR)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
