Job Summary
MRI Technologist needed for an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group in Wall, NJ. Responsibilities include performing MRI exams with high-field magnets, operating and maintaining MRI imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, screening for MRI safety contraindications, training in and performing remote MRI scanning as required, and covering additional shifts as needed while adhering to all safety protocols. The role requires 3–5 years of MR experience, ARRT(MR) certification, Siemens experience (high-field magnet), and preferred GE high-field magnet experience. Collaboration with radiologists and the healthcare team is expected, with CT skills as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program
- ARRT(MR) certification required
- 3 to 5 years of MR work experience required
- Siemens high-field magnet experience required
- GE high-field magnet experience preferred
- May be required to train in and perform remote MRI scanning
