Job Summary
MRI Technologist - Float position responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic MR images and performing MRI procedures across multiple sites, while ensuring patient safety, contrast administration, and adherence to imaging protocols and accreditation standards (RadSite/IAC/ACR; ARRT/ARMRIT). The role requires interaction with patients and healthcare staff, capability to operate and troubleshoot multiple MR systems, proficiency with EMR/PACS/DICOM, and training/orientation of new technologists. Strong emphasis on patient-centered care, communication, and maintaining safety, quality, and workflow efficiency across locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
- ARRT(MR) and State License, if applicable
- BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross or ACLS, where applicable
- Preferred: Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 1 year of Magnetic Resonance Imaging experience
