MRI Technologist - DC - $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Performs full range of MR imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols for diverse patient types; adheres to MR safety standards and permits venipuncture and contrast-media injections as part of diagnostic imaging; collaborates with technical staff to ensure efficient room turnover, accurate exam tracking in RIS/ERS/EMR, and safe, high-quality imaging. Provides patient information about procedures, supports equipment upkeep and safety, and ensures correct imaging laterality and adherence to study guidelines, including research protocols when applicable. Maintains and troubleshoots MR equipment, coordinates with staff and patient finances to minimize delays, and remains compliant with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
